I was often being harassed when students leave class early. Pros Nothing. Cons Poor management, unethical practice. An exciting job! I loved being a teacher for UOP. Their experiential model works wonderfully in helping students learn, and not just gain "book" knowledge - but in so many ways which change their work and lives. Online instructor so worked remotely entirely. No face to face interactions with University management, colleagues or students.
Feedback requirements were sometimes a bit to much, almost coddling adult students. Required class assignment did not always align with the class focus.
The requirements were high but it was all set out so you know exactly what you had to do when.
